With a portfolio that includes one of the largest independent children's services providers, Safe Haven Support Care and Education Group, Shamraiz is a visionary leader committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.

As our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Lauren is at the forefront of ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. With a strong commitment to implementing and maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding procedures, Lauren plays a crucial role in our organisation. Additionally, she is a valuable resource in our student support efforts, making sure that all young individuals under our care thrive in a secure and nurturing environment.

As our Teaching and Learning Lead, Matt brings extensive experience and an Ofsted Outstanding teaching record to our organisation. With a QTS qualification, he ensures the highest educational standards and fosters creativity in our students. Matt also holds qualifications as a Personal Trainer, promoting fitness and well-being for both staff and students, embodying a holistic approach to education and personal growth.
