As our Head of Provsion and Designated Safeguarding Lead Louise is responsibile for the day to day leadership and running of SHAPE.
She brings a wealth of knowledge from a wide range of education settings including SEND, Secure, Further and all through schools.
Louise has a vision for every young person to have unique and personalised education to reach their potential.

Matthew Kingdom
As our Teaching and Learning Lead, Matt brings extensive experience and an Ofsted Outstanding teaching record to our organisation. With a QTS qualification, he ensures the highest educational standards and fosters creativity in our students. Matt also holds qualifications as a Personal Trainer, promoting fitness and well-being for both staff and students, embodying a holistic approach to education and personal growth.

Attendance & Engagement Lead
Shakira Callaghan
As the Attendance and Engagement Lead, Ki is a crucial part of our learning community. Her responsibilities include promoting community education initiatives and ensuring that students are engaged both academically and socially. She plans and coordinates the Social, Moral, Spiritual, and Cultural (SMSC) curriculum for learners, helping to create a well-rounded educational experience. By building strong relationships and encouraging participation, she contributes to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.

As our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Lauren is at the forefront of ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. With a strong commitment to implementing and maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding procedures, Lauren plays a crucial role in our organisation. Additionally, she is a valuable resource in our student support efforts, making sure that all young individuals under our care thrive in a secure and nurturing environment.
